Proximity: Service Supervisor

If you use SAP Service Management, you know that your service supervisors have to jump through a lot of hoops just to stay on top of their department.  They need to set priorities, add notes, get components to the service shop, juggle the constantly changing work list, and manage their technicians.  While SAP provides you all the transactions to do this, it's not an efficient way for most service shops to handle all this system works.  That's where Service Supervisor comes in.  We move everything to one simple to use, simple read transaction.  We give your Service Supervisor all the tools they need to quickly manage the shop and get back to business.

Quickly See the entire service shop worklist Using the Custom Transactions, use your own selection criteria to see all the orders your department is responsible for.  Fully configurable to show you the information you need to know without drilling into the order.
Update all the common fields on the service order From a worklist you can update all the most common fields the supervisor cares about, include priority, responsible person, basic start and end dates and more.  Update the orders in mass, without going into each order.
