Renovation: Customer Portal for Service

Our Customer Portal is an SAP-based ABAP Web Dynpro application that instantly moves your Call Center online.  It provides real-time information for your customers and enables your Call Center to focus on true customer issues, rather than simple transcription.

The portal pulls together registration and notification SAP functionality in a simple web application that you can format to your business requirements. You determine the required data fields that users must complete.

Customer Registration – User can link to an existing customer or create a new one

• Rapier leverages the SAP Internet user and links it to an existing customer or creates a new customer.
• Customers can update their user information, reset passwords or even grant access to other users for their account.
• Multiple users can be granted access to a single customer master, allowing different groups to submit their own issues or check status.

Serial Number Registration – Customers register serial numbers

• Search by serial number, material, equipment number or any combination depending on the information required by customers.
• View equipment registered to a customer
• Review any serial number history, which includes all notifications, deliveries, sales orders or return orders related to a specific serial number.
• Perfect for setting warranty start dates.

Service Notification & Status – Customers create their own Service Notifications and track their progress

• Create Notification using a subset of fields defined by you.
• Track progress by open status (which displays notification number and description)
• See the complete document flow of the notification, including sales orders, quotes, etc.

Service Quotation & Status – Customers can view their own Service Quotations

• Quickly see all of your service quotations.
• Accept or reject any quotation online.
