Renovation: Notification Execution

As the first point of customer contact for issues about repairs and returns, the Call Center needs the tools to quickly answer customer inquiries and keep the process moving along seamlessly.  Notification Execution is the perfect tool for this.  It works similar to the standard notification list, but provides additional valuable information you could only get by visiting multiple screens.  This means your call center will spend less time jumping between screens to check the status and more time focused on the difficult customer issues.

Enhanced Search Fields

Using our Notification Execution tool, you get additional fields to narrow down to the notifications you care about.  You also get the option to show only the fields you will ever use in a search.  This eliminates the need to scroll through 2 pages of fields to find the one field you need to populate.

Additional Fields in the Results

Notification execution will provide you all the fields available in the standard notification list.  What sets Renovation apart is the addition of some new fields like the overall status of the notification.  We show you at a glance if the notification is being repaired, waiting for the customer equipment, etc.  We provide the sales order, even if you created it from an action box, and many more fields.
